Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a decent location with a nice beach and multiple pools that are inviting. However, the overall experience was frustrating due to lack of service, food quality, and room conditions. While the beach is a highlight, the dining options are limited and not particularly impressive. It's not a great value for money considering the state of the facilities and service provided.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms and the nice pool area, the service left a lot to be desired, especially with many of the amenities being unavailable or poorly maintained. The dining options were repetitive and lacked variety, making for a less than enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a true 5-star experience, I would recommend considering other options.
I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the lovely beach and friendly staff, particularly Mohamed, who truly made our time special. The service from the limousine company and diving center was exceptional, but the dining experience was hit-or-miss and sometimes repetitive. The room was quite spacious, while the evenings had limited entertainment options, which could be improved.
The hotel has a lot of potential, with spacious rooms and a few nice amenities, but it falls short in several areas such as service and dining variety. The location is a bit misleading as it’s further from Marsa Alam than expected, but the pools are enjoyable. Overall, it's decent for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it as your first choice if you’re looking for a luxurious experience.
